What is LakersSuites.com?

LakersSuites.com is the official single event suites website of the Los Angeles Lakers. LakersSuites.com is designed specifically for premium sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by Crypto.com Arena Premium Team and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Los Angeles Lakers.

How is my information protected?

Your personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase a Los Angeles Lakers suite?

To rent a Los Angeles Lakers suite, click on the event you wish to attend via the "Book A Suite" to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your payment details or by contacting the Los Angeles Lakers Premium Partnership team at 877-234-8425 or [email protected]

To lease a Los Angeles Lakers Suite for all events at the arena, please click the "Contact Us" button below and a member of the Crypto.com Arena Premium team will reach out.

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Crypto.com Arena Premium team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. You can view a guide on how to access your tickets here. A representative from the Los Angeles Lakers will also reach out to provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into the Crypto.com Arena.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on LakersSuites.com are fully private.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on LakersSuites.com include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees when purchasing the suite. The only other costs would be additions to catering, additional ticket purchases or other purchases made at the arena.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No, all suite sales are final. Please see our terms and conditions to learn more.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, please reach out to your Los Angeles Lakers representative or 215-389-9500 for more information.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Food and beverage can be ordered through Levy Restaurants for your suite at an additional cost. Catering orders MUST be placed 48 business hours prior to the game – no exceptions. You will receive order instructions with your purchase confirmation email. Any catering pre-orders are due one week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required with purchase and there is no catering minimum upon purchase. Guests can also purchase food and beverages from the Premium Level A concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as SROs) for my suite?

Please refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available for purchase or reach out to your Los Angeles Lakers representative.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 3 years of age and older require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy; would be noted during the reservation process.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Crypto.com Arena)?

The Los Angeles Lakers will allow bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines and security best practices. Our bag policy can be found here. For additional questions, please contact a representative from the Los Angeles Lakers Premium Partnership department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Where do I park?

Pre-paid parking is available. Please click HERE to visit our Getting Here page for details on parking and public transportation.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP Entrances in the following locations:

  • Star Plaza VIP Entry: Corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. (next to the Team LA Store)
  • Southwest VIP Entry: Between 11th Street and Figueroa Entrances (next to the Los Angeles Convention Center)

When does my suite open?

You can enter your suite 60 minutes before the event begins.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant or by phone. An event day suite menu will be available in the suite upon arrival. The event day Menu is slightly more limited than the advanced in-suite catering menu, however, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor, etc). Please note: in-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.
